Routes may be activated when passenger demand within a corridor allows safe and economically viable operations.5.3 NotificationUsers will be notified if a viable route match becomes available.5.4 Transport Provider AssignmentTransport providers may be assigned based on:• Demand alignment

Refunds & CreditsRefund eligibility follows the THQ Rides Refund & Credit Policy.Key principles include:• Refundable days may be limited depending on package type

• The platform booking fee is non-refundable10. Pickup and Waiting PolicyPassengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.Drivers may allow a grace period of up to three (3) minutes.If a passenger is not present:• The driver may continue the route
• The trip may be counted as used within the passenger package11. Driver Arrival and Delay PolicyDrivers aim to arrive at the scheduled pickup time but may arrive within a 5–10 minute window due to traffic conditions.If a delay exceeds 15 minutes, the passenger may choose not to take the trip and the trip will not count as used.12. Passenger Behaviour and SafetyPassengers must behave respectfully.Passengers may not:• Abuse drivers or passengers
• Consume alcohol or illegal substances
• Damage vehicles
• Distract drivers
• Exceed vehicle capacityViolations may result in:• Removal from the vehicle
• Suspension from the platform
• Liability for damages13. False Complaints and Fraudulent ReportsUsers agree not to submit false, misleading, or malicious complaints against drivers, passengers, or transport providers.Where THQ Rides determines that a complaint was intentionally false or fraudulent, the platform may:• Suspend or terminate the user account
• Restrict future access to services
• Cooperate with authorities where fraud is suspected14. Service Interruptions and Uncontrollable EventsTransport services may be affected by circumstances beyond THQ Rides’ control, including:• traffic congestion

• public disturbancesTHQ Rides will not be liable for delays caused by such events.15. The more passengers who join, the faster shared transport routes can be coordinated and activated.THQ Rides operates a demand-aligned shared transport system designed to safely coordinate passengers travelling between similar locations and schedules.

1. Nature of BookingAll transport packages are prepaid and allocated per passenger once route activation and payment have been confirmed.THQ Rides operates scheduled shared transport routes where passenger seats are reserved in advance and routes are coordinated based on aligned travel schedules within the same area.Because seats are allocated within a structured route system, refunds are limited and governed strictly by the terms outlined in this policy.Submitting a schedule or registering interest does not guarantee immediate transport availability until a route reaches the required passenger demand and is formally activated.Route formation depends on passenger demand within a specific corridor, pickup area, and travel schedule.2. Booking FeeEach transport package includes a non-refundable booking fee.The booking fee covers administrative and operational preparation, including:• route planning and demand coordination
• seat reservation and allocation
• administrative processing
• passenger communication and coordination
• transport provider preparation and driver assignment
• route activation planning and schedulingThe booking fee portion of all payments is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including voluntary cancellation by the passenger.3. 23-Day Transport Package (Full Month)Passengers selecting the 23-day monthly transport package are eligible for a maximum of:4 refundable credit days per monthly cycleConditions• The 4 days do not need to be consecutive.
• The days may be used individually at any time during the same monthly cycle.
• At least 24 hours’ notice must be provided before the scheduled pickup time.
• Any unused days exceeding the 4-day allowance will not qualify for refund or credit.Refund EligibilityRefunds apply only to the daily transport portion of the package fee.The booking fee portion remains non-refundable.4. 10-Day Transport PackagePassengers selecting the 10-day transport package are eligible for:2 refundable credit days per package cycleConditions• The 2 days do not need to be consecutive.
• The days may be used individually during the package period.
• At least 24 hours’ notice must be provided before the scheduled pickup time.
• Any unused days exceeding the 2-day allowance will not qualify for refund or credit.Refunds apply only to the transport portion of the package fee, excluding the booking fee.5. Refund CalculationEligible refunds are calculated using the following structure:Total Package Fee

Non-Refundable Booking FeeThe remaining amount is divided by the total number of package days and then multiplied by the number of approved credit days (maximum of 4 or 2 depending on the package).Refunds will not exceed the permitted credit day limit.Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days.Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or provided as transport credit, at the discretion of THQ Rides.6. No-Shows and Late CancellationsPassengers must notify THQ Rides at least 24 hours in advance if they will not require transport on a scheduled day.If notice is not provided within the required timeframe:• the day will be treated as used, and
• no refund or credit will be issued.Additionally, if a passenger is not present at the designated pickup point within the 3-minute grace period outlined in the Terms & Conditions, the pickup may be considered a missed trip, and the day will be treated as used.Drivers are not required to wait beyond the grace period in order to maintain route schedules for other passengers.7. Driver DelaysDrivers aim to arrive within the scheduled pickup window; however, minor delays may occur due to traffic conditions, weather, or operational factors.If a driver is delayed by more than fifteen (15) minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time, passengers may choose not to take the trip for that day.In such cases:• the trip will not be counted as used, and
• passengers will retain that day within their package balance.THQ Rides will make reasonable efforts to notify passengers of significant delays where possible.8. Route Cancellation by THQ RidesIn rare circumstances, THQ Rides may cancel a route due to:• insufficient passenger continuation
• operational constraints
• transport provider unavailability without replacementWhere a route is cancelled by THQ Rides after payment has been made, passengers will receive a pro-rata refund for unused transport days, excluding the non-refundable booking fee.THQ Rides may also offer alternative routes or schedule adjustments where feasible.9. Payment Deadlines and Seat AllocationOnce a route reaches the required passenger threshold, affected users will be notified that the route is ready for activation.Passengers will then receive a payment deadline to confirm their seat.Failure to complete payment by the stated deadline will result in:• automatic seat forfeiture, and
• the seat becoming available to other passengers.Seats are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.Seat allocation is managed to ensure balanced route capacity and safe passenger distribution across vehicles.10. Temporary Seat SuspensionIn certain circumstances, passengers may request a temporary suspension of their seat instead of using refund days.Examples may include:• school holidays
• approved leave periods
• temporary relocation
• medical or family emergenciesApproval of seat suspension is subject to route stability and operational feasibility.Where approved, suspended days may be credited toward a future transport cycle.11. Safety and Operational StandardsTHQ Rides coordinates transport services with licenced and compliant transport providers.Vehicles used for shared routes are expected to:• provide a seat for every passenger
• ensure functional seat belts where required by law
• comply with applicable road safety regulations
• maintain appropriate passenger capacity limitsThese standards are intended to promote safe and compliant shared transport journeys.12. Force MajeureTHQ Rides shall not be held liable for service interruptions or delays caused by events beyond reasonable operational control, including but not limited to:• severe weather conditions
• road closures or accidents
• public unrest or safety incidents
• government restrictions or regulatory changesIn such cases, THQ Rides will make reasonable efforts to coordinate alternative arrangements where possible.13.
